I enjoy my position at BSH. I have found the company culture to be inclusive for ideas and really wants to encourage feedback. The pay and benefits are great and there are multiple opportunities domestic and internally for advancement.

Cons

The position is challenging and there is not enough downtime for business development and planning verses task management.
