Super supportive company, everyone is really supportive of each other and wants to see everyone else do well. Product clearly brings a lot of value to users, and lots of new exciting things on the way. Flexibility and agility of a startup environment really helps keep things interesting.

Cons

Working in a resource-constrained environment has it's challenges of course, so budgets and resources can be limited sometimes. Just means people have to get more creative.
