There are a few good people remaining

Cons

Poor Management. Terrible Leadership. No growth potential. No support. Negative and toxic environment. No community or teamwork. Consistently work overtime for no recognition. Full of miserable people. Sweatshop mentality. Has consistently gotten worse over the years at an exponential rate.

Pros

One get to work real hard for . Exactly, nothing.

Cons

Long hours with no acknowledgement. Company and PM's take you for granted. They have no problem taking all the credit for your hard work. PM's do not do any engineering. They are just "smoozers" for clients.
