      Pros

      New leadership and team members have a positive attitude and are very encouraging. I feel like people are working to get us to better staffing ratios, better leadership, and a more engaging culture. Pay has significantly improved, benefits are better, we have more PTO, we have merit ratings now, there appears to be more communication on what is changing and when

      takes time to make significant progress/changes.

      Everyone is so friendly and caring. I adore my coworkers and the way we work as a team. Always working and progressing towards a new goal to improve practices
