The majority of Ukrainian, Russian, and Belarusian employees in stores have exceeded skills and abilities. Some have two, three, or even four passed institutions behind. However, the path to the office remains inaccessible to them.
Meanwhile, office workers exhibit few distinguishing characteristics. Their education is limited, their qualifications are low, and their english proficiency is below average. Store employees are perceived as second- or third-class employee by office workers. The second- and especially first- level management is weak. Also they are not interested in ideas. The social elevators are not operational. Funds are being allocated to create an image and pay permanent fines to commissions.
