      1. Good teamwork and support form colleagues. 2. Opportunity to learn mining operation and data system. 3.Safe working environment. 4. Exposure to new technologies. 5. Build a good bond within colleagues.

      Cons

      1. Language barrier, especially when communicating with Chinese colleagues. 2. Need proper training and a clearer understanding of different operational systems. 3. Some technical issues can be challenging for new employees without prior experience. 4. Lack of proper uniform provided for new employees. 5. Night shift timing is quite difficult, as 12-hour shifts are physically demanding and need review or adjustment.
