Pros

They treat you like a person and develop a relationship. I get great hometime and a very competitive wage. They will work with you on any and all issues to get them resolved. I am able to walk into the office and speak with anyone at anytime. In the event that you have a family emergency they will get you home. I can speak from experience, 350 miles from home and was sent straight back empty.

Cons

As a truck driver we need to understand stand this industry can be taxing and unforgiving, and with that being said I find no issues worth mentioning.

Pros

Like this company; good people to work for. Good miles on the OTR side, good pay too. They do treat you like family; I don't feel like a number, but a member of a family. Buchheit's listen to the drivers and just don't throw away your concerns as a driver like most companies do. I enjoy my home-time and can have a good family life with Buchheit. Dispatch is wonderful and lets the driver be what he is: A Driver.
