Pros

Busy, remote and good people.

Cons

Poor leadership from top down if you are in call center. They don't value the call center or the managers that change nearly every year. Very poor leadership and they don't give them enough time to put things in place that would actually make a difference.

Remote, quick learning job, no micromanaging

Cons

Did not like the lack of care for letting a bunch of us go and having to find out when clocking in we were terminated, most likely terminated us due to implementing AI to their system moving forward
