Pros

The recruiting team made the process feel personal and smooth from start to finish. They were honest, responsive, and made sure I felt valued at every step. It really set a positive tone before even starting the role.

Cons

Nothing major so far — onboarding tasks can be a bit time-sensitive, but that’s expected with any new hire process.

Our recent engagement survey indicated widespread positive sentiment about individuals' roles and their contribution to the success of the organization and delivery of services to customers as well as manager support for their teams.
