The small business that wants to be large, but acts like an 8(a).
Cons
Employees are expected to work 50 hours a week and you must work weekends. Everyone in the company is working on proposals. The CEO thinks the programs run themselves. As contracts are won...many are walking out the back door. The benefits are horrible.
