Pros

-helpful coworkers and managers -great benefits -low drama -less chaotic than any other adtech company I've worked for previously -long tenure on the team but they're still welcoming of new ideas and improvements

Cons

-some frustrations from employees who were acquired more than a year ago who are resisting adapting and scaling -internal communications and transparency need improvement
