Pros

None as a US citizen. Dig into the company a bit, nothing about them is real.

Cons

Business address in Pleasanton is just an empty co-work office with no furniture, I physically went because I couldn't believe the information I found online. Fake building at their India location. Holding company is based in Delaware, which is just another fake address (mailbox shop). Don't waste your time interviewing. They're only using you as documentation they can't find US based workers and need to fill via foreign workers.

Freedom to bring in your ideas and experiment without fear of failures. Fast paced work culture that enriches you everyday. Work hard and play hard culture, the work comes first :)

Cons

Challenges of any startup and growth company, this will be overcome over time.
