Pros

This is a company where one can consider retiring from. I’ve had such a great experience as an employee, and I would recommend anybody to work here. The standard things like pay and benefits isn’t what I’m here to discuss because depending on how you look at it, those items are subjective. The culture is where I’m blown away with. This is the first company I’ve worked for that encourages PTO usage and to be fully disconnected from work, while you’re OOO. A positive culture starts from the top and the people running the show, are down to earth, and do not look at you as if you’re a “number.” Corporate does an amazing job to ensure all colleagues have the tools and resources to be successful and are extremely responsive when incidents are escalated. They have contact information posted everywhere with the “key contacts” which promotes transparency and provides colleagues with another level of support if matters need escalation. We have a solid team running the show who genuinely want everyone to succeed. 10/10

Cons

As a support center employee in a larger department, the only time the whole department is together is during our monthly call. I would love to see more instances where the entire department comes together. Maybe once a quarter have a department lunch so that everyone is connected and engaged with one another.
