Constant OT opportunities Pretty Decent Pay - You do have to put in the effort to get paid more like any other job though MOST of the supervisors are great Constant Changes for Improvement Significant improvement in the past few years

Cons

Sometimes feels like it takes forever for changes to happen Feel out of touch with upper management sometimes Long hours but thats to be expected with any EMS job Sometimes feels like upper management turns a blind eye on some concerns from the employees

Pros

This is a great and unique organization to be a part of. It’s the only air ambulance service that’s headquartered in North Texas (all the others around here are a part of big corporations from out of state) and it’s the only non-profit air ambulance service in North Texas.

Cons

No organization is perfect, but the management here is always seeking too improve.
