- Can work remote or in office, - They work with you when it comes to your class schedule. - Pays well and on time. - Great company culture.

Amazing company, some small company quirks

Pros

- Great benefits - Incredibly flexible hours - Challenging and fun problems, ability to change teams if you're feeling stagnant - Mostly flat organization where it counts, very little asking bosses for permission

Cons

- PTO is a little light (20 days a year, including sick days, vacation, etc) - Advancement, feedback, and performance review can all be nebulous. The job titles seem somewhat arbitrary.

Pros

-Very remote-work friendly, I can choose to work from home or from the office if I want. -Small company, get to know leadership easily. -Lots of recognition for doing well. -Tons of first day gear, felt like Christmas morning. -Agile methodology makes projects go smooth.

Cons

-Sometimes there's a bit of a learning curve -Still establishing themselves in some ways, can be fun if you like that kind of thing but if you want to go into a job and follow what's already established, this might not be ideal for you.
