Tech in North Dakota Nice offices Co-workers were great

Cons

C - Level Leadership is some of the worst I’ve encountered Vision is nonexistent Plagued by turnover Cut/Fire good people because of company failures, not employee mistakes (ie missed sales goals) No training or career paths - you’re thrown into it with no guidance
