Very engage senior leaders, remote first company with trust to work from anywhere and as needed to get the job done. Future is exciting, company values and mission align with what they demonstrate. Leaders show no ego, are kind and respectful.

Cons

Decisions don’t come as fast as some times needed to get work done and it can cause extra work/back up. Work can occasionally be unclear on direction.
