Pros

It was a great starting point of my career right out of college. At the start, the interview was positive. Process and onboarding was smooth. Managers were great, no micromanaging and they trust you enough to get things done. I was more corporate side but they train you and truely want you to learn and succeed. People there are fun and a lot of personality. Especially the warehouse people. Truly made me feel welcome.

Cons

Not many opportunities for overtime.

If you are attempting to start entry level and work your way up, it will take hard work and dedication but keep working and be patient.

I’ve been with the company for over 12 years, and the family values at its core are felt every day. Leadership genuinely cares about employees and continues to prove it through support and opportunities for growth. It’s a stable, collaborative place where hard work is recognized and people matter.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are occasional changes and adjustments, but the team and leadership make the transition smooth.
