      Pros

      The people in my branch and local branches were great people and super helpful.

      Cons

      They have set pay scales and no matter what you do or how much you take on (managers job) their hands are tied. And there is little advancement in branches. Unless you live near or around their head quarters you are stuck. I got 2 raises in a year but they were literally 20 cent raises which I myself put in for.
