Very laid back. They are willing to work with people and offers benefits, they have 401k, medical, dental,vision, pto, vto, and all the other FMLA, and such

Cons

If you don't have good wifi, two or more computer screens it can be very hard. Need to keep a back up for computer accessories, A bit disorganized on the clients part, constant changes in the service level not on contact us level
