Positive reinforcement among coworkers. Great new leadership with efficiant results. Training through hands on work in an enjoyable way.

Cons

Short staff. There was a bit of a big change in maintenance and we are still rebuilding the dept. It is coming along great but we still need a few more good techs to fill the roster.

The Maintenance Engineering department at Crown Bakeries' Wisconsin plant is truly outstanding. The team is dedicated, highly skilled, and always proactive in keeping operations running smoothly. Their commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement sets a great example for the entire organization — truly the best engineering department in the plant! The current department manager is one of the most ambitious and results-oriented leaders I have ever seen, inspiring the team to reach new heights every day.
