Cummings Properties reviews

The negative reviews on here are def on point. The hr repetitive responses are comical at best. Their tenure formula is a farce. If you are from the woburn area this company is known as scummings or scammings. Hard and great workers are not kept unless they play the game. They reward ratting so much that certain long tenured employees do zero work and get away with it because they are informants. Which has become an epidemic here because others see this and find things to say and lie about so they too can be lazy.

Virtually no opportunity to grow or think for yourself. The arrogant all-white, male management team promotes a culture of hostility, disrespect and fear. They say they are charitable but they really only look out for themselves. Pay scale is below average. They don’t give us bereavement pay when our immediate family members die but then expect us to be happy when they give away millions in charity tax write offs and we get 50 cent raises!!!!!!! Those 5 star reviews are from coworkers who were asked to post reviews. (How do you say no?) That's how this place works. Instead of trying to make things better, the dysfunctional management will spend their time trying to find out who wrote this reviews They will ask somebody to post a 5 star review then issue the standard company response saying I may not be a good fit and talk about the longevity of the old boy’s network who stay forever.
