The President of the company cares about his employees. Family centric atmosphere. Competitive Pay. Advancement based on your own drive and willingness to ask for more responsibilities.

Cons

Work/Life Balance, Very family centered - if you are looking for just a job you show up to you may not like it here as the employees look out for eachother.
