Easy job but low pay and limited time off

Pros

Work with my friends and job is easy

Cons

Pay is hard to survive on , no raises. What you earn is it. Time off is only 5 days, need to spread out days and you work Christmas Eve, NYE, Easter so not a good job for family

Stable schedule but no loyalty or raises

Pros

Monday through Friday work schedule.

Cons

No raises. You can be here 5 years and someone gets hired and makes same as you do, no loyalty. We only see people from corporate to show their faces they don’t care about what’s really going on
