Some good people to work with. Pay is pretty decent.
Cons
Company needs people that actually care about it in charge. Seems like they are trying to run it into the ground. Purchasing doesn't know how to order correctly. And everyone is not treated equally. Supervisors have their picks.
Very minimal supervisor on 2nd shift, which allowed me to create a system that was fast, efficient and accurate.
Cons
Preferential treatment. They make it clear that you can be replaced if they don’t care for you. Keep track of paid time off and vacation. They refused to compensate 46 hours of vacation time. They give raises to people they like, not the people who deserve it. Also, the medical benefits are subpar
