- Good Benefits - Opportunities to learn and grow - Open to ideas and suggestions on how to improve processes and/or work areas - New and interesting products and technology (robotics, 3D printing, laser scanning, automation, etc.) - Involved in community supporting local events and schools - Profit sharing
