Pros

Flexible The company culture is one of "everyone does their part to make sure everyone thrives." Were fantastic during the pandemic - had remote options and people are largely spaced out

Cons

I don't have any gripes.

Pros

Very easy going work environment and stress free. The company takes pride in its work and most of the employees are proud to be there. They love promoting from within so even if you start low you will be able to work your way up the ranks if you are interested. They are very forward thinking and always focused on how to improve or make things better. Communication within the company is better than any other place I have worked before.

Cons

The pay is good but is not as competitive as other internships, but the experience you'll gain here is well worth it.
