      Pros

      I didn´t found any. The USA team reach you out frequently to ask you about how everything is it going.

      Cons

      You are assigned to the nearest branch on your location, While the USA team is very nice. The Europe team doesn´t and during all the time I have to ask every single month abount the pyment status, because in the contract said 15 working days... But no one tells you how long will take and you don´t have any way to check the payment status unless you write to ask.
