      EJIW provided a lot of opportunities for training and growth over time.

      Promotions can be slow, but it's because people don't leave :)

      EJ really cares for their employees

      Pros

      Private Company. Family Owned. Family Members just can't be hired. Must complete college. Work away from EJ for 5 years before they can come work for EJ. Employees come first, and valued. Very Loyal Employees. Many of the employees have stayed with EJ 10 years, 20 years, 30 years, etc. Has branches and manufacturing facilities around the world. EJ is more interested in providing top quality products even though it cost more. Invest money into research and Development. Invested in a brand new foundry, and fabrication facility. Is willing to aquire companies with new technologies to stay the leader.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of, is EJ is very strict about requiring a college degree to move into management , inside sales, outside sales, Technical sales, etc. I think that is great requirement for new hires outside of the company, but it limits movement of good employees who have proved them selves and want to move up the ladder.
