Great salary! Has an ATM in the breakroom.

Cons

Bad attitudes from the top to the bottom. Classism and privilege rule. Relationships first motto is a joke. Attended an event with executives, one wouldnt even introduce herself ... relationships first if your on their level.

Good bonus plan; competitive benefits/vacation.

Cons

Sweatshop; "family" is bogus; culture is not healthy; if it seems to good to be true, it probably is . . . don't believe the occasional glowing reviews on Glassdoor . . . perhaps they are planted; ask recruiters about turnover; ask current employees if they would stay if their bonus was once a year and paid at the going market rate . . . what will these employees do if the bank is acquired and the bonus plan changes (or the bonus plan just changes)??
