      Pros

      Great people and great product. I have lots of resources available to me and everyone is super helpful. Oh, and the benefits are great too.

      Cons

      The company is in growth mode, so there are lots of changes happening and many team members are stretched thin with additional responsibilities. However, this is what creates a career path for promotion and impact.

      Pros

      Ease has a great work environment with a very motivated team. In sales, building relationships is important and Ease provides great company culture and engaging team building activities. This is a great place to work if this is something that is important to you.

      Cons

      As an SDR you are expected to have a quota for qualified demos. There are certain factors that can affect this that can be a bit stressful at times.
