Horrible executive management. Top two C level personnel have been replaced with horrible people in the past two years. No vision or long-term plan Parent company actively looking to sell to any bidder No career advancement possible with new management

Easy to stay under the radar with constant turnover

Cons

Extremely high turnover rate across organization. Senior Management playing shell games with expenses to hide losses and poor business plans. Losing primary revenue source... ethanol marketing contracts. Three plants left in last few months. Five more plants leaving in the upcoming months. Half of business total, rumors of layoffs by end of year.

Wish I could respond directly to "Pathetic Management

The only thing I can say to the person who wrote "Pathetic Managment" would be, YOU ARE DEAD WRONG! Eco isn't losing any Plants, in fact they have better longer contracts than ever before. Eco Transportation isn't going anywhere. In fact, they are hiring more dispatchers as we speak. Our Parent company isn't looking to do anything with Eco, in fact with a recent strike where they are, they are counting their blessings with Eco! Our CFO & CEO care very much about Eco and its employees and need to stay right where they are. I cry foul to the person who wrote the "Pathetic Management", review. I'd really like to know who you are and where you got your bogus facts.
