Pros

Most of the people I work with are very professional and take pride in doing a good job.

Cons

Nepotism at it's worst. Edmund relatives hold positions they are completely unqualified for.

Pros

HR department is supportive to concerns. Tricia is very nice and understanding. Fun culture, free soda, there's a cafe on premises. fun team building events.

Cons

They treat salaried employees like hourly wage employees, even if you're gone 1 hour you need to use PTO. They keep long term poor managers even if their department dislikes them just because they they've been there for " 20 years". Some love it here but some of the managers play favorites. I heard one of the supply chain areas was toxic. If you're an engineer, they love you. No Room for advancement because there are so many layers of management, and they play favorites even if there's someone more qualified. *** HR: when an employee leaves LISTEN to what they have to say about their manager at the exit interview.- you keep BAD managers on just because they've been there all their lives. NO WORK- LIFE BALANCE***

Pros

Co-workers were friendly and kind.

Cons

Pay is laughable. Employees are dispensable. Raises and bonuses are completely nonexistent. They would rather lay off loyal employees than consider lowering the salaries of c-level personnel. It was always so nice to hear how we were "all one family" and watch as most of my coworkers were struggling to make ends meet while the Chief Marketing Officer (an Edmund) bought a 4M mansion and sent her kids to $90K/yr private schools.
