Pros

Amazing leadership team, they really care about not just the employees but the vision. The team is great, they had high turnover early in the year but those that remain love being here. Company values, even though it is a business, they care that their people have a good life/work balance Training and cert reimbursement are covered and encouraged Remote options for those that can show growth

Cons

As always with growth there is chaos but they leadership team is doing all they can to help.

Pros

The management team is smart and friendly. They provide a good balance of accountability and flexibility within the workplace and allow a nice amount of independence. There is room to grow and learn.

Cons

Elevate doesn't have the infrastructure of other larger companies, but this is to be expected from a mid-size business.
