Fantastic career growth - Project Manager 2020 Companies Employee Review

I have been working with 2020 Companies as a Google Chromebook Sales Specialist for two years now, usually stationed inside a Best Buy store. I can confidently say this is an incredibly people-focused organization. Leadership genuinely pays attention to the effort you put in, and I have personally received several recognitions during my time here. It is highly motivating to work for an employer that actually celebrates your success. I love my role and have no plans to switch companies anytime in the near future!

Fast‑paced environment — Things move quickly, which can be challenging at times, but it also keeps the work exciting and helps you grow fast. Lots to learn — There’s a lot of information to absorb early on. It can feel overwhelming, but the support from the team makes it manageable and rewarding. Frequent changes — Processes and priorities evolve often. It can be an adjustment, but it shows the company is always improving and adapting. Independent work — You’re trusted to handle responsibilities on your own. It’s a challenge at first, but it builds confidence and ownership.
