Whether I was working on-site or remote, I consistently found leaders who cared about developing their teams rather than simply managing them. Like any growing organization, priorities can shift quickly, and adapting to change is part of the job. Communication between departments can occasionally be improved during periods of rapid change, but leadership has generally been receptive to feedback and continues working to improve processes.
