Pros

Cardinal cares about their people and provide excellent ways for them to grow. They have a great benefit package, structure to train, resources to assist, and help get you to the next step.

Cons

Cardinal is in a tough industry that can be demanding. Ownership wants and needs sometime conflicts with Cardinal's. If your property is not performing it may take many hours to catch up, even with proper assistance and resources.

I love what you have to say about choosing your attitude. Let's be honest, these last two years in the housing industry have been particularly stressful. After all, we work in people's homes which means we're closer to a person's emotional well-being than ever before. It's that mental choice that we all make of whether to roll on or get rolled over that is the very base of how together, we will continue to define what the business looks like moving forward. Well done!

Pros

Cardinal Group has been one of the best companies I've worked for. Leadership genuinely invests in employee growth, and there are countless opportunities to learn new skills, take on meaningful projects, and advance your career. Collaboration across departments is encouraged, and I always felt that my ideas and contributions were valued. One thing that really stands out is the culture. People are supportive, approachable and willing to help one another succeed. Whether I was working on-site or remote, I consistently found leaders who cared about developing their teams rather than simply managing them. The company also embraces innovation and is willing to evolve, making it an exciting place for people who enjoy problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Cons

Like any growing organization, priorities can shift quickly, and adapting to change is part of the job. Communication between departments can occasionally be improved during periods of rapid change, but leadership has generally been receptive to feedback and continues working to improve processes.

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
