Pros

Good Benefits Very good salary compared same roles in the market Nice office location Challenging tasks due the size of the company

Cons

VERY high turn over, the company doesn't care to keep brilliant employees. Bureaucracy! Every and each request from the simple one like £20 3rd party app buy to the most expensive thing, it takes ages to anything happen in that company. Frequent change of management which leads to frequent change in strategy, making it hard to everybody knows who deals with what and how. To much gossip about personal life and managers seems to give to much importance letting the environment toxic. Old applications from HR looking systems created in late 80's makes hard to find anything HR related. NON-technical high management leads to wrong decisions and often change of strategy.

Pros

You’re wealthy enough to be relaxed, but not wealthy enough to be careless.

Cons

but NYC’s costs prevent true luxury unless income is much higher.

Pros

Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

Cons

Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
