Pros
Was a great place to work, was torn about leaving so soon but in retrospect was the right decision. The brands are like none other and if you have the opportunity, take it--it's the best place to learn about standards, editorial integrity and quality--but don't stay forever...
Cons
The tide can change at any time. It's hard to understand what the strategy is. having some time distance makes it clear that decisions are not usually rational, but political. Maybe that has changed. This means sometimes people are in roles that are imaginary.
