Pros
Management does surveys every so often to try and improve the shortfalls of the internal workings of the company. The benefits are good and, for the most part, and appreciated by most employees. The employees work hard and many have returned after working at other companies.
Cons
There is always room for improvement and sometimes the senior staff act without researching who is doing what and how things are accomplished in their departments. Some senior staff use favortism in order to promote personnel. As is true with many companies, many employees are working extra hours to keep the company functioning with very little compensation.
