Remote Work, Schedule Flexibility, PTO.

Communication is lacking -- direct managers don't have any information or insight into business changes, business functions outside of their own, or the pay/bonus information for their team. Pay & Benefits -- benefits have gone up significantly but we haven't had raises in at least 4 years and bonuses are unclear and inconsistent. No Growth Opportunities -- very little opportunity to progress your career. Long hours -- depending on what team you are aligned with, you may work an 8 hour day or you may work a 12+ hour day and when you are over capacity there is no help coming.

Remote work is the only perk I can include.

The leadership is subpar. There is little to no direction, random requests for reports at off hours like 4am, poor communication, random layoffs even if employees are doing well. The ATS is very poor and the lack of resources and strategy for such a large organization is sad.
