Leadership - Still learning how to work as a solid unified leadership team (but what leadership team isnt) so this means they are really open to feedback since they are learning Product - AMAZING product that will truly save lives

Cons

Product Market Fit is hard to prove right now since healthcare systems are hard to integrate with but it can be done.

Lots of talented and motivated ICs and engineering managers.

Cons

- Awful lack of direction from c-suite - Culture of transparency heavily eroded with the onset of pandemic - Leadership was clearly trying to hide lack of growth and failed monetization strategies. Made layoffs and try to cover up why. - Siloed work culture, lack of coordination between teams - Poor product direction - Insufficient QA - Tied to Oracle at the hip. Thought that provided security, guaranteed funding from Larry Ellison. Mistaken assumption.
