Barely competitive pay and good benefits

Cult like structure, there's no accountability and team building. Just favoritism or who can cause problems the least for management. Once you start promoting into management. It's pretty cut throat and gets worse the higher you go

I've worked for Sheetz for a year and 5 months and I've seen 5 cases of pedophilia and none resulted in being fired most of the time they'll send them on "leave" or relocate, the HR team is an absolute joke. Sheetz also advertises themselves as "hire within the company" but the last 4 supervisors I've worked with were brought into the company and most of them are useless for several months.
