      Flight benefits, amazing 401(k) matching, many insurance options, and a great company culture. You can tell they really value their employees.

      Cons

      Vacation / Sick time is hard to discern. The current method that is used to track this time is not very efficient.

      Coworkers have immense experience, empathy, and passion due to most starting their careers there. The work is fast paced and rewarding.

      Cons

      Senior leadership does not communicate with transparency. Company culture has shifted away from an employee first mentality. Feels like every other airline now.
