Pros

I really, really enjoy our team, it’s a living community with transparent and collaborative culture that constantly grows. The management is very transparent, good communication, regular dissemination of company plans, metrics, board decks. Learning and professional development opportunities, mentorship and on-job training, the amount of time that I was allowed to teach myself new skills, software, methods is impressive. There are many resources and great support from the company. I have also grown a lot in my self-leadership skills, decision making process, responding to changes and collaborating with team about requirements at each level of work progress.

Cons

Just some minor issues, sometimes deadlines are strict. The toughest part for me is looking at data trends. Design is about thinking and collaboration, we made a lot of progress by constantly testing with users. It’s so important to understand the business requirements and listen to feedback from your colleagues.

Pros

Compensation was processed without errors.

Cons

• The reorganization changed my reporting line without any warning or explanation. • Essential operational information was withheld, making it difficult to perform my role effectively. • Staffing changes, budget decisions, and process updates were revealed only after being implemented. • Leadership provided no clear explanation behind major structural decisions. • Information was treated as a privilege instead of a necessity for employees to succeed. • Transparency in decision making was completely lacking.
