Pros

Company is not a start-up/more mature with defined processes in place. They give you great tools and the framework to be successful with management eager to help out. Zscaler get's the whole village involved in a deal and the technology is prime during these times.

Cons

None that I have seen. Fast paced means this isn't for everyone. Great opportunity means you need to be sprinting to capture the market.
