Truly supportive leadership who are consistent, trauma informed and strengths based. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Frequent fluctuation in paycheck due to relying on visits to get paid (ex: if visits are cancelled, you are not guaranteed full paid time that would have been received during visit).

Everyone on the team is kind.

Cons

There is a broad range of skills with some being extremely skilled and practical and others being uncomfortable and having a number of biases (though these often come to light quickly given the service demographic). There is also little to no room for upward mobility if that is important to you.
