- Extremely good product. People really want to use the product. - Direct Access to C-Suite, Your ideas are actually taken very seriously regardless of level and title. - Steep growth curve. - Extremely motivated and Sharp team!

Cons

Work environment can get VERY intense sometimes! Expectations are high you need to constantly upskill yourself.

Empowered from Day 1: As an SDR, I’ve had direct access to leadership and the freedom to test new outreach strategies. Your ideas are not only heard but often implemented. Strong Leadership & Vision: The CEO and leadership team are genuinely mission-driven and transparent. We’re building something important in the regtech and fintech space, and the team truly believes in the product. Career Growth: I’ve learned more in a few months here than I did in a year elsewhere. Because we’re a startup, there’s a lot of cross-functional exposure. It's great for anyone looking to grow fast.

Cons

High Expectations: This isn’t a place to coast. You’ll need to bring your A-game daily. That said, it’s incredibly rewarding for the right kind of person.

- our product is superior to all others (that's more than half the battle for sales), it helps to significantly reduce the amount of hurdles to get over to close a deal - autonomy; management let's you run your assigned region as if it's your own business - collaborative environment; engineers, solutions consultants, legal, finance, and management are all easy to access via Slack, email, and/or phone - open to trying new things to build the pipeline and win deals

Cons

- startup & lack of reputation in North America; Flagright is currently scaling in the U.S. but there can be some challenges with entering a new region, nonetheless significant progress is being made
