      This company cares about their employees

      Pros

      I am impressed with how much Flatirons invests in their employees, in an individual way. People have different situations and needs, and Flatirons has proven to be attentive, open and flexible in accommodating a range of situations. Over the past year I have seen the company make great effort and progress in open and frank feedback on our performance, even when the news is not always great.

      Cons

      Working across time zones is always a challenge, and is not unique to Flatirons. But it's definitely a reality of working here.

Also, you are right, we have been transparent with our communication. This is a very important part of our culture. Employee engagement and retention during this time of growth is one of our main initiatives. It is an exciting time for Flatirons and our employees are vital for our success!

      Pros

      Family like cultural. People really care about one another. Global cultural. A lot of opportunity to add value. It is a really fun place to work.

      Cons

      We have had some challenges and a lot of change. That was hard for a bit, but I feel like we really in an up swing and it is super exciting!
