      Pros

      Hands off if you work client-site Benefits are standard, 401k has solid choices Yearly trainings are quick and to the point

      Cons

      Communication is often slow compared to other companies on the same contract Compensation could be better for public transport - it's sitting around 80 dollars, when every public garage charges 250+ monthly, and most public transport options will even cost more than that

      Pros

      GEM is a really good company, takes care of their employees, have their best interest and making sure everyone is happy with bonuses and team building events. In fact, in comparison to other companies, GEM is like a family rather than 9-5 job and have awesome employee events such as family days, sporting events outings, cruises, luncheons and holiday parties.

      Cons

      Based on the contract awarded positions the promotion to the next level is not available if new hire comes in at a Sr Level. Once you are at the top there is no where else to go. Different story if new hire is an entry level or mid-level employee.
