Pros
Great company, fast paced, very diverse set of skill sets in the building. A great local employer with a worldwide online audience and a fortune 500 vendor distributing there products. They demanded a lot at the time and undervalued my role, contributions and loyalty.
Cons
Upper Management is concerned about there cut of the proceeds more so then having and rewarding talent that can help increase profits and help growth.
